30-minutes of creative fun to how to draw cartoon heads with simple lines and shapes. 

  • Take a break, moms and dads! You can relax somewhere or join us in the fun!
  • A time for groups to be engaged and occupied
  • Interactive and fun for all ages
  • Step by step instruction, with drawing supplies provided. 
  • Child-friendly, but adults enjoy some creative time just the same, and adult-only sessions usually run a little longer

We are Tampa Party Artist.com, and I am Walter Hoebich.

It will be an exciting journey to serve the beautiful Tampa Bay area and its neighbors with graphic art services that revolve around celebration, fun and excitement.

I work in creative marketing and learning technology design for training, education, and to support advertising and marketing efforts.

With Tampa Party Artist, focusing on creative efforts towards entertainment and fun is great.  Especially for the awesome results I know that can be delivered, of engaging and inspiring kids, adding impact and memory to your party, even boosting your brand or any social reputation you care about! 

A Tampa Party Artist mission statement needs to come out of that. Look for it to appear somewhere soon!
